Tax-Exempt Status The Organization shall operate exclusively for religious, charitable, and educational purposes in accordance with Section 508(c)(1)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code. No part of the Organization’s net earnings shall inure to the benefit of any private individual or shareholder. Section 2.
