Together, we can bring hope, healing, and restoration to those in need. Your support can make a difference. With your help, we can provide food, shelter, clothing, and spiritual care to those who need it most. Join us in being the hands and feet of Christ to the homeless. Our Mission: Serving with Faith and Action At Jehovah Saints, we are dedicated to transforming lives by meeting both physical and spiritual needs. Through faith and action, we aim to restore dignity and hope to those experiencing homelessness. Our mission is simple but powerful: Provide Essential Resources: Food, clothing, and shelter. Offer Spiritual Guidance: Sharing the love of Christ with every individual we serve. Create Pathways to a Brighter Future: Connecting individuals to job training, counseling, and long-term support systems. Together, we can make a lasting impact. Why Your Support Is Needed The need is urgent. Every day, countless individuals face the devastating challenges of homelessness. Over 600,000 people in the U.S. experience homelessness every night. Many are families, veterans, and individuals struggling with mental health or financial crises. Without support, these individuals are left without hope and resources to rebuild their lives. But there’s good news: you can help change this reality. Your support allows us to provide food, shelter, and spiritual care to those who need it most. As Jesus reminds us in Matthew 25:35-40: "For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat; I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink; I was a stranger, and you invited me in." When you give, you are living out this scripture, bringing hope and healing to those in need. How Your Generosity Makes a Difference Your donations directly impact the lives of those we serve. Here’s how your contributions are used to bring hope to the homeless: $25 provides a warm meal and hygiene kit for one person. $50 provides temporary shelter for a family. $100 helps fund job training and counseling services. $500 supports long-term housing solutions for a homeless family. Every dollar makes a difference. Together, we can create stories of hope and transformation. Ways You Can Support Our Mission We offer several ways for you to get involved and make a difference: One-Time Donation: Make a one-time gift to meet immediate needs. Monthly Giving: Become a Hope Partner and provide ongoing support to help us plan for the future. In-Kind Donations: Donate clothing, food, hygiene products, or other essential items. Corporate Sponsorships: Partner with us to make a larger impact in our community. No matter how you choose to give, your generosity will transform lives. Join Us in Making a Difference Your generosity can change lives. Together, we can bring hope to families and individuals who are struggling to survive. Thank You for Your Support Thank you for being the hands and feet of Christ. Your generosity is a blessing to those in need. As it says in Proverbs 19:17: "Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will reward them for what they have done." Together, we can bring hope and healing to the homeless. Let’s Make a Difference Together With your support, we can provide food, shelter, and hope to those who need it most. Please consider donating today and sharing our mission with others. Together, we can end homelessness, one life at a time.

Definition of a Grievance A grievance is any concern, complaint, or issue raised by an individual regarding: Violations of shelter policies or rules. Harassment, discrimination, or mistreatment. Unsafe or unsanitary conditions. Disputes with staff, volunteers, or other guests. Any other matter that negatively impacts the individual’s experience at the shelter. Confidentiality: All grievances will be handled with confidentiality, and information will only be shared on a need-to-know basis. Step 4: Resolution and Response Decision: A written decision will be provided to the complainant within 7 business days of the grievance being submitted, unless additional time is required for a thorough investigation. The decision will include findings, actions to be taken (if any), and steps to prevent similar issues in the future. Appeal: If the complainant is not satisfied with the resolution, they may submit an appeal in writing to the shelter director within 5 business days of receiving the decision. The appeal will be reviewed, and a final decision will be provided within 10 business days. Prohibition of Retaliation Jehovah Saints Homeless Shelters strictly prohibit retaliation against any individual who files a grievance in good faith. Retaliation may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of shelter privileges for guests or employment for staff. False or Malicious Complaints Filing false or malicious grievances is a serious offense and may result in consequences, including suspension of shelter privileges or other disciplinary actions. Record-Keeping All grievances, investigations, and resolutions will be documented and securely stored for a minimum of 12 months, ensuring compliance with confidentiality policies.
