  • Good Morning Message of Thanksgiving

Pastor Aaron John of Jehovah Saints Church Pakistan shared updates and a sermon. Let’s begin the day with a heart full of gratitude: Start with Thanksgiving: Look around and see the blessings God has provided. Be thankful for what you have, and pray over the challenges you are facing. Always remember to pray for others, as blessings often flow when we intercede for those in need. Scripture Reference: 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” Gratitude not only uplifts our spirits but aligns us with God’s will, helping us to focus on His goodness. The Friendship of Jonathan and David: A Model of Christlike Love In northern Spain, a “telling room” was a place of deep sharing and connection. Similarly, the friendship of Jonathan and David in the Bible reflects a bond of love, loyalty, and selflessness. Their story teaches us about building relationships that honor God. Jonathan’s Loyalty to David: When King Saul sought to kill David out of jealousy, Jonathan protected him. Despite being the heir to the throne, Jonathan recognized God’s will for David to be king. He demonstrated humility and love by giving David his robe, sword, bow, and belt. Scripture Reference: 1 Samuel 18:3-4 “Then Jonathan made a covenant with David, because he loved him as his own soul. And Jonathan stripped himself of the robe that was on him and gave it to David, and his armor, and even his sword and his bow and his belt.” David’s Tribute to Jonathan: After Jonathan’s death, David declared that Jonathan’s love for him was extraordinary. Scripture Reference: 2 Samuel 1:26 “I am distressed for you, my brother Jonathan; very pleasant have you been to me; your love to me was extraordinary, surpassing the love of women.” Building Christlike Friendships As believers, we are called to build relationships that reflect the love of Christ. These “telling rooms” of friendship allow us to open our hearts, share our burdens, and encourage one another in faith. Scripture Reference: John 15:12-13 “This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.” Let us cherish and nurture friendships that are rooted in Christ, offering care, encouragement, and accountability. Serving Others: A Reflection of Serving Christ Jesus reminds us that acts of kindness toward others are seen as acts of love toward Him. Scripture Reference: Matthew 25:40 “Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it for one of the least of these brothers or sisters of Mine, you did it for Me.” Whether it is through prayer, acts of service, or simply being present for someone in need, we are called to reflect Christ’s love in our actions. Reflection and Call to Action Gratitude: Begin each day with thanksgiving, acknowledging God’s blessings in your life. Friendship: Build deep, Christlike relationships that encourage and uplift. Service: Serve others with love and humility, knowing that you are serving Christ Himself. As Pastor Aaron John reminds us, let’s live in a way that glorifies God and blesses those around us. May we always be thankful, prayerful, and loving as we walk in faith. Conclusion: Join Us in Bringing Hope to the Homeless At Jehovah Saints, we are committed to being the hands and feet of Christ by providing safe shelters, warm meals, and hope to those in need. Our mission to build homeless shelters around the world is inspired by Jesus’ words: “Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me”  (Matthew 25:40). Your support—whether through prayers, resources, or active participation—can make a significant impact in transforming lives and spreading the love of Christ. • A Message from Archbishop Nathaniel Gbah of Jehovah Saints Church, Liberia, West Africa

Archbishop Nathaniel Gbah recently shared an inspiring update on the ministry efforts of Jehovah Saints Church in Liberia. His message highlights both the challenges and opportunities faced by the church as they work to spread the gospel and serve their community. Children’s Ministry: Drawing the Next Generation to Christ In Liberia, many children, particularly in rural areas, lack access to education and spiritual guidance. Parents often do not encourage their children to attend church, creating a significant challenge for the ministry. Archbishop Gbah and his team have taken a creative and compassionate approach to address this issue. They prepare small treats—juices, biscuits, candy, and fruits—to attract children to the ministry. This effort has been remarkably successful, with more than 70% of the children in their community now active members of the church. As Proverbs 22:6 reminds us: “Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.” This ministry not only provides spiritual nourishment but also lays a foundation for the future of the church and the community. Changing Mindsets: Building Self-Reliance Archbishop Gbah highlighted a prevailing mindset in Liberia, where many people depend on foreign aid and NGOs such as Christian Aid, Mercy Corps, Methodist, and Catholic organizations for support. While these organizations play a vital role, the church is working to encourage greater self-reliance within the community. This effort aligns with Galatians 6:4-5: “But let each one test his own work, and then his reason to boast will be in himself alone and not in his neighbor. For each will have to bear his own load.” Through small, incremental changes, the church is fostering a sense of responsibility and empowerment among its members. Expanding Partnerships: Supporting Vulnerable Groups The church has been approached by pastors from other ministries who wish to partner with Jehovah Saints Church. These pastors are seeking support for widows, single mothers, disadvantaged youth, and people with disabilities within their congregations and communities. Archbishop Gbah shared his hope that by the end of April 2025, these partnership discussions will be concluded, enabling the church to extend its reach and impact. As James 1:27 teaches us: “Religion that is pure and undefiled before God the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world.” This collaboration will allow the church to better serve those in need and demonstrate the love of Christ in action. Upcoming Training in River County Archbishop Gbah is planning a two-day training session in River County next month. The goal of this training is to teach people how to work together as a team and live in harmony as children of Jehovah. This initiative is critical for spreading the gospel to rural areas and fostering unity within the church. As Psalm 133:1 declares: “Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity!” This training will equip participants with the tools and knowledge they need to collaborate effectively and share the message of Christ with others. A Call for Prayer and Support Archbishop Gbah’s message is a reminder of the importance of prayer and partnership in ministry. He invites us to pray for the following: That the children’s ministry will continue to grow and bring more young souls to Christ. That the mindset of dependency will shift toward self-reliance and empowerment. That the church’s partnerships with other ministries will be fruitful and impactful. That the upcoming training in River County will inspire unity and teamwork among believers. As 1 Corinthians 3:9 reminds us: “For we are God’s fellow workers. You are God’s field, God’s building.” An Encouragement to Join Hands Let us stand in prayer and support with Archbishop Gbah and Jehovah Saints Church as they work tirelessly to advance God’s kingdom in Liberia. Their dedication to serving the community, nurturing the next generation, and spreading the gospel is a powerful testament to their faith and commitment. Together, we can help bring hope and transformation to the people of Liberia, all for the glory of God. • A Message from Pastor Aftab Sundhu of Jehovah Saints Church, Pakistan

Pastor Aftab Sundhu recently shared an inspiring update on the work being done by Jehovah Saints Church in Pakistan. Despite not having any donors yet, Pastor Sundhu and his church are dedicated to helping those in need in their community. Their efforts, though modest, are a testament to their faith and commitment to serving others. Helping Those in Need Pastor Sundhu shared that the church is currently assisting families in the area who do not have homes. They do what they can with the limited resources they have, demonstrating the love of Christ through their actions. As Proverbs 19:17 reminds us: “Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord, and He will repay him for his deed.” Their work is a beautiful example of living out the gospel by caring for the most vulnerable members of society. A Vision for Education and Spiritual Growth One of the church’s dreams is to build schools on the kilns where many in the Christian community work. These schools would provide both academic education and Christian Bible study, empowering individuals to read and honor God’s name. Pastor Sundhu expressed his hope that this initiative would bring glory to God and transform lives. As Hosea 4:6 says: “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.” By equipping their community with education and biblical teaching, the church seeks to break the cycle of poverty and spiritual ignorance, allowing individuals to grow in both wisdom and faith. Current Church Projects Pastor Sundhu also shared updates on the church’s infrastructure projects. They are about to have an electricity meter installed and are in the process of building a washroom for the congregation. These small but significant improvements will enhance the church’s ability to serve its members and the wider community. This reminds us of Philippians 4:19: “And my God will supply every need of yours according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” A Call for Prayer and Partnership Pastor Sundhu requested prayers for the following: That God would raise up donors and helpers to support their ministry. That the church’s dream of building schools and serving the community would become a reality. That their efforts would bring glory to God’s name and be a blessing to many in Pakistan. As 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 encourages us: “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” An Invitation to Serve Together Pastor Sundhu extended an invitation to serve together in ministry. He expressed a heartfelt desire to join hands with others in spreading the gospel and meeting the needs of their community. As Galatians 6:9-10 reminds us: “And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up. So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith.” A Final Encouragement Let us keep Pastor Sundhu, Jehovah Saints Church, and their ministry in our prayers. May God continue to bless their efforts, provide for their needs, and use them as a light in Pakistan. Together, we can support and uplift our brothers and sisters in Christ as they work to glorify God and serve their community. Conclusion: Join Us in Bringing Hope to the Homeless At Jehovah Saints, we are committed to being the hands and feet of Christ by providing safe shelters, warm meals, and hope to those in need. • A Reflection on Pastor David Chohan’s Sermon

Pastor David Chohan of Jehovah Saints Church in Pakistan recently shared some photos of his congregation with me, along with the message he delivered during his sermon. His teaching was based on the Gospel of Matthew, Chapter 5, which is widely known as the Sermon on the Mount . This chapter is foundational to Christian teachings, as it contains the Beatitudes and profound lessons on how to live a righteous and God-honoring life. Pastor Chohan’s sermon emphasized the transformative power of Jesus’ words and their relevance to our daily lives. The Beatitudes: A Call to Blessedness In Matthew 5:3-12, Jesus begins with the Beatitudes, which highlight the blessings that come to those who embody humility, mercy, purity, and a thirst for righteousness: “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” (Matthew 5:3) “Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.” (Matthew 5:4) “Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.” (Matthew 5:5) “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied.” (Matthew 5:6) Pastor Chohan encouraged his congregation to reflect on these blessings and to strive for a life marked by humility, compassion, and faithfulness. He reminded them that these qualities not only bring spiritual fulfillment but also draw us closer to God’s kingdom. Living as Salt and Light Another key part of Matthew 5 is Jesus’ call for His followers to be the salt of the earth and the light of the world: “You are the salt of the earth... You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.” (Matthew 5:13-14) Pastor Chohan spoke about the responsibility of Christians to influence the world positively by living out their faith. Just as salt preserves and light illuminates, believers are called to preserve the truth of God’s Word and shine His love in a world filled with darkness. A Higher Standard of Righteousness Matthew 5 also contains Jesus’ teachings on fulfilling the law and living with integrity. He challenges His followers to go beyond outward obedience and to embrace a deeper, heart-level righteousness: “For I tell you, unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.” (Matthew 5:20) Pastor Chohan emphasized the importance of internal transformation, urging the congregation to seek purity of heart and to align their thoughts, words, and actions with God’s will. A Global Reminder of Faith The photos Pastor Chohan shared beautifully captured the unity and devotion of his congregation. It was inspiring to see believers in Pakistan gathering to worship and learn from God’s Word. Their faith and commitment remind us of the global body of Christ and the power of the gospel to transcend cultural and geographical boundaries. Encouragement and Prayer Let us continue to pray for Pastor Chohan, his congregation, and the ministry of Jehovah Saints Church in Pakistan. May God bless their efforts to spread the gospel and strengthen their faith community. As we reflect on Matthew 5, may we also be inspired to live as salt and light in our own lives, embodying the teachings of Jesus in all that we do. • A Reflection on Pastor Arfan Bashir’s Sermon

Pastor Arfan Bashir of Jehovah Saints Church in Jaranwala, Pakistan, recently shared some photos of his congregation with me. It was heartwarming to see how engaged and attentive the congregation was as they responded to his sermon. His message was based on Matthew 3:2, which says, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” This verse is a powerful reminder of the call to repentance and the urgency of preparing ourselves for God’s kingdom. Pastor Bashir’s sermon emphasized the importance of turning away from sin and aligning our hearts with God’s will. It is a message of hope and transformation, urging us to live in a way that reflects the nearness of God’s kingdom. The photos he shared captured the congregation’s heartfelt response to this message. It was clear that the words spoken resonated deeply, inspiring reflection and a renewed commitment to faith. Seeing these images reminded me of the global nature of God’s church and how believers everywhere are united by the same gospel message. Matthew 3:2 challenges us to examine our lives and make changes where needed. As the Apostle Peter writes in 2 Peter 3:9, “The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.”   This shows God’s immense love and patience, giving us the opportunity to turn back to Him. I am grateful for Pastor Bashir’s dedication to spreading the gospel and for the faithfulness of his congregation. Their example reminds us of the importance of coming together as a community to worship, learn, and grow in our walk with Christ. Let us continue to pray for Pastor Bashir, his congregation, and all those who are working to share the message of repentance and hope in Christ. May their efforts bear much fruit, and may we all be encouraged to live lives that reflect the nearness of God’s kingdom. Conclusion: Join Us in Bringing Hope to the Homeless At Jehovah Saints, we are committed to being the hands and feet of Christ by providing safe shelters, warm meals, and hope to those in need. • Sunday Service Report by Archbishop Amin Gill of Jehovah Saints Church

On this holy day, Archbishop Amin Gill of the Jehovah Saints Church , Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, led a spiritually uplifting Sunday service at Chak No. 297 JB . The focus of the sermon was on the Gospel of Matthew, Chapter 19, Verses 16 to 22 , a passage that challenges us to reflect on our priorities and commitment to God. Key Scripture: Matthew 19:16-22 The Archbishop expounded on the following passage: "And behold, a man came up to him, saying, ‘Teacher, what good deed must I do to have eternal life?’ And he said to him, ‘Why do you ask me about what is good? There is only one who is good. If you would enter life, keep the commandments.’ He said to him, ‘Which ones?’ And Jesus said, ‘You shall not murder, You shall not commit adultery, You shall not steal, You shall not bear false witness, Honor your father and mother, and, You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ The young man said to him, ‘All these I have kept. What do I still lack?’ Jesus said to him, ‘If you would be perfect, go, sell what you possess and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me.’ When the young man heard this, he went away sorrowful, for he had great possessions.”  (Matthew 19:16-22, ESV) Key Points from the Sermon The Quest for Eternal Life Archbishop Amin Gill emphasized that eternal life is not earned through mere deeds but through a heart fully surrendered to God. Jesus calls us to go beyond external obedience and embrace a life of sacrifice and faith. John 14:6 : "Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.’" The Challenge of Wealth The Archbishop reflected on the rich young man’s sorrow, highlighting how material possessions can become a hindrance to spiritual growth. True discipleship demands prioritizing God above all else. 1 Timothy 6:10 : "For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evils. It is through this craving that some have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many pangs." A Call to Generosity The congregation was encouraged to adopt a lifestyle of generosity, helping the poor and needy as a testimony of their faith and obedience to Christ. Proverbs 11:25 : "Whoever brings blessing will be enriched, and one who waters will himself be watered." Following Christ Wholeheartedly The Archbishop reminded the congregation that following Jesus requires leaving behind anything that competes with our devotion to Him. Luke 9:23 : "And he said to all, ‘If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.’" Impact on the Congregation The sermon deeply resonated with the congregation, inspiring many to reflect on their spiritual journey and the areas of their lives that need realignment with God’s will. The Archbishop’s message brought encouragement and conviction, reminding everyone of the eternal treasures awaiting those who fully commit to Christ. Closing Prayer Archbishop Amin Gill concluded the service with a heartfelt prayer, asking Jehovah to strengthen the congregation in their walk of faith and to help them overcome any obstacles that hinder their relationship with Him. Psalm 119:105 : "Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path." Conclusion: Join Us in Bringing Hope to the Homeless At Jehovah Saints, we are committed to being the hands and feet of Christ by providing safe shelters, warm meals, and hope to those in need. Isaiah 58:7 : "Is it not to share your bread with the hungry and bring the homeless poor into your house; when you see the naked, to cover him, and not to hide yourself from your own flesh?" Preparing for Jehovah’s Work The name tags and banners being prepared by the congregation represent more than just materials; they symbolize their readiness to serve as ambassadors of God’s love and truth. These tools will help them in their mission to spread the gospel and reach more people with their message. 2 Timothy 2:15 : "Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth." A Vision Blessed by Jehovah President Victor’s work is a shining example of faith in action. His leadership and the dedication of his congregation are sure to bring blessings from Jehovah. Their efforts to serve the poor and spread God’s message will undoubtedly bear fruit. Galatians 6:9 : "And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up." Philippians 4:19 : "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." The work of President Victor Odhiambo, his congregation, and the volunteers of Jehovah Saints International is truly inspiring. May Jehovah continue to bless their efforts as they build shelters, spread kindness, and prepare to do His work. Future Headquarters for Jehovah Saints Kenya In addition to their ministry preparations, President Victor shared photos of potential office buildings where he envisions establishing the headquarters of Jehovah Saints Kenya. This step symbolizes their growth and commitment to creating a central hub for their mission. Proverbs 16:3 : "Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established." These office buildings will serve as a base for their administrative operations, enabling them to coordinate their efforts more effectively and expand their reach. Conclusion: Join Us in Bringing Hope to the Homeless At Jehovah Saints, we are committed to being the hands and feet of Christ by providing safe shelters, warm meals, and hope to those in need. The Importance of Children in God’s Kingdom In the Bible, Jesus teaches us about the value of children and their special place in God’s kingdom. Children are a reflection of purity, humility, and faith, qualities that we must all strive to embody. Their innocence and openness to love reflect the essence of God’s kingdom. A Call to Embrace God’s Love As we gather in faith and fellowship, let us open our hearts to the love of Jehovah, Jesus, and the Holy Angels. Psalm 127:3 : " Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him ." Closing Prayer May the love of Jehovah, Jesus, and the Holy Angels fill your hearts and guide your paths.
